A world with harsh conditions, it is home of the very human-like Derti. The world being split between hot deserts and frozen seas, with the rare forests in-between, the people of Aro-Derti learned soon enough to use the massive creatures of their planet as transport and help. They tamed the Panuk, enormous but friendly animals. Along with them, the Derti travel the deserts in search of food and water
When Humans arrived, it allowed them to use better technology to further their society, but at a costly price. Most of them were enslaved and the grounds of their precious planet mined in several places.
