The Hell's ruler and a deadly HMV pilot who lost most of his respect when he turned cyborg after a crash landing in a battleship's hangar. He now runs the Hell with a litteral iron fist. Oddly, he has a lot of respect for Storyteller, and even invites him sometimes in his office to talk.
